Scope
These terms apply to the use of Foliage Love as an app or as an app with additional web access and cloud storage.
Service scope
Foliage Love supports the management of plants, wish list, shops, origin, purchases, locations, images and growth documentation. The exact feature set depends on the version used.
Account
An account is required for cloud sync, web access and other account-based functions.
Free local version
The local version can be used without an account. Data you do not sync stays on your device.
Local data and backups
When using the local version, data is stored on the device used. Device loss, defects, device reset, app deletion or operating system changes may mean that locally stored data is no longer available. Users can use the provided backup or export functions and keep backup copies outside the device. Statutory rights and mandatory liability provisions remain unaffected.
Full version with cloud storage
The full version includes the features of the local version and adds cloud sync, web access, 20 GB cloud storage and optional additional storage packages.
Content and storage
Uploaded content remains yours. Cloud storage is subject to the storage limits included in the package; additional storage may be booked depending on the available offer.
Purchases and subscriptions
The full version can be purchased through the purchase flow on this website. Purchases through the App Store or Google Play are processed through the relevant store. Prices, terms and conditions are shown in the respective purchase channel and apply to contract formation.
Term and cancellation
Term, renewal and cancellation depend on the purchase channel selected and the conditions shown there.
Withdrawal
Consumers may withdraw from a contract within the statutory withdrawal period. The “Withdraw contract” page is available on this website for that purpose.

Feature updates may be provided for Foliage Love. Required updates, especially security and compatibility updates, are provided to the extent required by law. A current app or browser version may be required to use cloud sync and web access.

Foliage Love is developed, tested and maintained with appropriate technical and organisational measures. These include risk-oriented tests, security updates, bug fixes and additional quality checks along the development and release pipeline.
Availability
The local app can be used independently of web access. Cloud sync and web access may be temporarily limited, for example due to maintenance, updates or disruptions at infrastructure and payment service providers.
Usage rights
You receive a personal, non-transferable right to use Foliage Love within the selected version. Sharing, modifying or commercially exploiting the app outside the intended use is not permitted.
Warranty, liability and product liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for damages in accordance with statutory provisions, especially in cases of intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability. Liability under product liability law remains unaffected. Foliage Love is intended for organising and documenting a plant collection and is not intended for safety-critical, medical, legal, tax, financial or comparable decisions.
